Why is women's empowerment important in developing countries?
When it comes to empowering women we tend to think of a society that’s developed country first such as western or Asian nations, but that is not always true! Africa has been one time where women have played an important role in this development, they have made great achievements for themselves. For instance, Nairobi was previously called Kibuyu and at one point used to be the capital city of Kenya. Women were also active when it came to governance, especially in Kenya, and even before those times they had a lot of influence, their success was evident in history. This means that there is no place for them in the modern world.
In my view, women empowerment doesn’t necessarily mean the empowerment of a less developed nation because it could also happen elsewhere around the globe, although I don’t see any form of improvement with what is happening now, I feel that there is a need for some changes. In my opinion, if you compare the way things were back then with how they are today, we would rather go back than move forward, that’s why there shouldn’t be a stigma. We shouldn’t be able to do everything that we can’t even if we don’t have the resources for it. What I personally believe is that women have a responsibility towards society rather than acting on their own. They should be able to make decisions that best suit all people rather than just focusing on their own needs.
What makes me so passionate about this topic is that our future generation’s safety, as well as their health, will rely on them having an adequate amount of knowledge and skills. If women are given the opportunity to be educated, it will open up many doors for them to achieve their goals and their lives should be better! And to keep women safe, one should empower them and enable them to become independent, and make them confident enough to take care of their families. Empowering women doesn't necessarily mean having access to basic living necessities. It doesn't mean having money to get new clothes and not even being able to afford food. And even if they can't access money, they can still have a place in the labor market. They can be taught how to be productive and ensure that they have equal rights in every sphere of life. Now let's talk specifically about Kenya and Tanzania where women have achieved great success, as we know that by now, they have made strides in education as well as politics, I personally believe that this would come hand in hand with women empowerment.
What women need is proper education, they just like any other person, have different strengths and weaknesses, and it takes more effort to help them improve their situation rather than trying to tell them so. So when they have an education, the next step would be giving them the tools they need to succeed. According to Meghan Markle, “Women need access to health care, financial security, equal opportunities, and a sense that they are valued for their contributions to society”. As she said, women are also faced with barriers, including gender-based violence, which can lead to mental illnesses and lower self-esteem. This is why it’s important for men and women alike, that all these issues are addressed. No matter what your level of education, whether you are going to university or not, there are so many programs that you can use to gain more knowledge if you want to. There are lots of websites that would show you the steps or the process of learning a little bit more. You can also join educational groups to find other women who are smarter than you and share your passion and interest. When women are empowered, it gives them the power that they lacked back to try to achieve their dreams, but they should still understand the obstacles that these women are going to face along the way.
Another thing that women need is an education that allows them to know what they want and what they want to become. A lot of times women, being less educated than others, tend to act like what they are told is how to be. People also say that it doesn’t matter how much you think, it’s still based on the word of the man or woman “If he says it happens, then it does. But when they are truly educated, they will be able to learn to make it happen. Being educated doesn’t mean that you have to stop learning, it simply means being exposed to knowledge. Learning is something every woman must possess. Because without it, you can’t survive. Be educated and give yourself a chance, not every woman has it easy but there are more chances for advancement. A lot of women make excuses when it comes to achieving their dreams. That she wasn’t born with her natural abilities or she was raised differently. All because of a lack of knowledge and training. How many of us are thinking about what we can’t do like climbing trees or jumping off bridges? Well, that’s not what our mind tells us that is what we want at that moment. We need to let ourselves dream about the possibilities we can do rather than limiting ourselves.
In another example, a study conducted in 2014 showed that young girls who were educated were less likely to report using drugs, compared to those who weren’t educated. By having kids taught by parents they have the same chance in the future as a girl who didn’t attend school. So we have the right to decide what is best for us as individuals. We just need a break to look around at what is out there and see the options that are available for us to try. Education is the perfect tool that can help us reach what we are aiming for. Most of us who work in fields related to education think that education is only for boys. While it can be an asset to society, it shouldn’t be used because we want to be able to complete things that we don’t know what we can’t do. We can always reach our dreams, we just need to believe that it is possible. It should be considered that everyone is capable of anything we put our minds to. From science to math, to singing and dancing. If you want to be successful in whatever you choose to do, you will never be left out. Just remember that anyone can achieve anything the way they will come and take it with you. Especially females and males.
Why is women's empowerment important in developing countries?
It is important to empower women in developing countries especially if you are making a profit with these people and that this is where the money goes. The most appropriate way to do it is through educating them as young girls and making sure they go out into the world and get to experience it before they commit any crime as well as being aware of various issues such as reproductive health (if possible, because that is what happens when we take away the right from all ). For this reason, you should not only think about raising funds or doing anything special but rather make sure you teach your daughters good manners and also make sure that they are educated on how to live life without violence and also be a part of them. Another thing that should be done is to look for other ways to improve their education and this will help them out in the future. As seen in the video below as well as other women who have been empowered in developing countries, there are many benefits to having empowered women. The United Nation Human Development Index (HDI) states that 1 to 3 is the best way to go with empowering women as 1 means to empower them, but in reality, empowering women helps the entire country and makes them better innocent people. If for instance, every woman gets an HDI score of 100 then everything is going well. A great example would be the United State’s economy which has become much stronger since women have been empowered. The next is to help out with jobs and businesses in developing countries that would otherwise not exist. You can use funding or create programs for people to start small businesses. They will be able to do so without the risk of being discriminated against by society. This will be more efficient within the economic system and they can then have a lot of income and also gain trust from others who work around them. As you empower women, it's also up to men and men to understand why women empowerment is important, and they should work together to empower women, make sure they empower each other not just females but everyone and make sure there are no rules to how they should be treated. If one country doesn’t empower others, they don’t get a chance to empower themselves which means they can’t grow at all.
Another point is to raise awareness of gender inequality and the rights of women not only in developed countries but also in some developing countries where they are needed. Educating women and giving them the tools to become successful in their own careers because you empower them rather than force them to do something that they aren’t interested in doing. Women empowerment doesn’t mean doing things for yourself, but rather doing things that you want as well as they have to be done. As said to the women’s human development index (HDI), 1 to 3 is the best place to go in empowering women. When we empower women, then they help us as well as our economies as a whole. Not only that but it gives us a better understanding and knowledge of ourselves and how we should behave in our communities. By empowering women, we gain a lot of insight into ourselves which helps everyone in the world. We get to know ourselves by what we do and how we interact and interact with those around us. Not only that, it allows us to grow and evolve as our society changes and the bigger picture becomes clearer in our heads and that allows us to become better people. With all the progress seen in developing countries, it is essential for them to have women who are empowered to take on challenges in order to thrive and live their dreams as well as see the world coming into a brighter life. Women’s empowerment plays a key role in creating positive change within our lives as well as helping us out socially.
In conclusion, we should all make sure that women are empowered because there is nothing they can't do

Good one.
